YOUR JOB – OVERVIEW

As a Matrix-Q Product & Account Manager, you will create and develop new packages and programs for our customers, combining our products and services.

You will be trained to deliver the key services and products yourself, build a team, create new solutions, design, develop and manage a project (business cycle, tools, skills) dedicated to bring your programs to the market.

The products you will manage will be combined will be utilised to provide coaching-training, capacity building to C-level and young leaders; the projects you will manage, will provide research, consultancy and innovation services to cities, communities, private and public organisations in Benelux, EU and Internationally.

Your entrepreneurial abilities will create for you the opportunity to manage product lines, series, and develop new geo-locations (cities, regions or countries)

Your work will be delivered online, outdoors, indoors, and if you wish also abroad traveling.

You will receive training, certificates as: coach, trainer, designer, coder, project manager, research-consultancy, content developer (e-learning), story-teller (Matrix-Q Akademia Certificates & Licenses)

You will be trained to utilise a holistic multidisciplinary body of work (Matrix-Q): human competences, skills, knowledge, technology, tools, methods, data analysis, A.I., algorithms

If you live in the Netherlands you need to be able to use dutch. We are also producing content in English, Spanish, and German. We will include more languages and locations in the close future.

> You may work from home, online, at your location, and at our Headquarters (Utrecht region) and training location (Rhenen), and outdoors, or also abroad traveling (once is safe again to travel, covid-19 measurements)
